- Build (4–10 weeks): Custom AI systems built in the order the plan says. Weekly demos on your real data, against a fixed scope.
- Operate (Ongoing): We maintain what we built, keep tuning it, and pick up the next bottleneck as it shows up.
- Discovery Call (30 min): Free, honest scoping. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the call.
